Yes, Custom manufacturing is our specialty! We can create custom furniture to meet your project requirements. We will prepare the veneer, fabric and steel sample for client to confirm.

Q. How to pay for order?

T/T, Western union, moneygram,cash ect. Boleto, mastercard, visacard, e-checking, pay later, L/C, ect.

Q. What's your Payment terms?

30% deposit before produce and 70% balance before loading.

Q. When can i expect the customized product to be finished?

Sample: 15-25 working days (Standard); Production Lead time: 25-45 working days (Standard) after confirmed deposit and shop drawing & material.

Q. When can you finish the Quotation?

It will take 1-3 working days.

Q. What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is: 5 pcs each design. All the products can be customized

Q. What about the warranty of your factory?

We promise all customers with three-year warranty, before packing we have a professional QC team to check each piece to make sure all the furniture keep a to quality to show to our client.

We have our own manufacturing base for upholstery products, but we also have the capability of trading other categories. Since we owned CR furniture, furnishings and appliances for almost 15 years, we knew well consumer's real requirements and market.

Q. Why are you prices different from as it shown on your Website?

The prices showing on Website are just price ranges for references, actual price will be up to TTL order volume, material selection, shipping way (LCL or FCL) and air cargo etc. orientation. The most important point for you is to star with reasonable MOQ and competitive prices to test market.

Q. How will you handle LCLshipment (or combine with different vendors) ?

It is acceptable to do like this for trial order, but there will be some extra charges for loading in different locations and if your other vendor's terms is EXW, we will charge for local FOB fees, trucks shared based on respective cubic meters.
